I have a Nexus 6P. I am getting a new phone (LG V20). I would like to backup some of the apps' data on the Nexus 6P. I have done this in years past with Titanium Pro and MyBackup Pro. I have purchased both over the years. However, I didn't root my Nexus 6P, and I'd just as soon not root the LG V20 if it can be avoided. I tried Helium. It won't work. Even though I don't have a Desktop Backup Password set, it always comes back with this error: "Backup Error; An error occurred while performing your app backup.; This error may be caused by having a Desktop Backup Password.; Please verify your Desktop Backup Password is a blank password, then press back to return to Helium."
So, is there any other app or procedure I can use to accomplish what I need? Thanks much in advance.
